Triad Process Equipment Company located in Milford MI has been manufacturing high quality process valves and controls for over two decades. We offer metal seated ball valves for high temperature and abrasives. Our series 60C and 90C ball valves are suitable for -392°F low temperature applications. Triad ball valves are available in high pressure versions to withstand pressures of 6000 psig and are full port ball valves that are available in low carbon 316L grade stainless steel. Our series V-Flow is a quarter turn control ball valve that rivals the performance of an expensive linear cage guided control valve, but is less costly and more compact in size. We have been a leader in producing ball valves and butterfly valves for use in the production paint areas of automotive assembly lines. Our series 750 butterfly valves have been used all over the world and are available with many different seat materials including PTFE. The 750 butterfly valve is available in lug style and wafer style. The 750 series butterfly valves, stocked in sizes to 36″, are available to 60″ size. Sanitary ball valves for food and pharmaceutical are manufactured in both two-way and three/four-way configurations. Our 36/46 series of three way/ four way ball valves are also available in sizes to 14″, are standard full port ball vales that are custom assembled and configured to the users exact flow requirements. Triad takes pride in the easy automation direct mount capabilities of all Triad Process ball valve and butterfly valve offerings. For more visit: http://www.triadprocess.com.
Triad offers three and four-way valve that can be configured out of stock components. The valves are full port and offer a multitude on flow patterns and end connections in both carbon and stainless steel. The valves are quickly assembled to match the users requirements. The ball valves come with direct mount actuator pads to allow for quick automation with either electric or pneumatic actuators.
Cavity fillers are machined out of Virgin PTFE. The cavity fillers act as both ball valve seats and as a void filler inside of the ball valve. The cavity of a normal ball valve can trap fluids and solids during cycling of the valve. By installing cavity fillers the void is eliminated and product is deterred from collecting. Cavity fillers are standard on all sanitay Triad ball valves.
Triad offers a precision machined three piece sanitary ended ball valve. The Valve is standard with PTFE Cavity fillers. www.triadprocess.com

Modern day automotive plants apply various sealants and liquid sound deadeners to critical locations around the body of an automobile during manufacturing and assembly. These liquids, typically referred to as LASD or liquid applied sound deadener are very viscous and abrasive. Because of these properties the application process is ran as high as 5000psi. Most manufacturers have chosen the Triad VS-360 full port high pressure ball valve because of its durability and unobstructed flow path. These high pressure ball valves can be supplied in both carbon steel and 316L stainless steel construction. These high pressure valves can be seen here:
